Free delivery throughout Greece for orders over 50€. For orders under 50€ the minimum cost is 5€. The shipping cost is shown in the Checkout before you click "Send Order".

All orders placed daily by 14:00 are processed on the same day. If the order is placed after 14:00, then it is taken as an order of the next working day. Friday orders after 14:00, Saturday and Sunday orders are taken as Monday morning orders.

The products are received in as many working days depending on the availability indicator indicated on each product in our e-shop. Our company makes every effort to serve the courier companies from our headquarters as soon as possible.

After sending your order you will receive from Rainbow an e-mail confirming the completion and dispatch of your order. In a subsequent e-mail, the voucher number with which your order was executed is indicated.

*Note: Free shipping for purchases over 50€ does not apply to bulky or heavy products, such as examples of heavy items, etc. In this case, shipping is done after consultation with you, as well as by another mode of transport (if desired).
